- Do you have any tips or advice for someone new to the team?
- Are there any professional development opportunities or resources you recommend?
- How do you prefer to communicate within the team (e.g email, chat, in-person meetings)?
- Are there any unwritten rules or norms I should be aware of?
- What are your favourite local lunch spots or after-work hangouts nearby?
- Do you have any hobbies or interests outside of work?
- What is your favourite part about working in this industry?
